Description
In this course, Establishing Your Leadership Mandate, you will learn how to articulate business needs, communicate a clear and compelling vision, and explain the actions you will take to support your company.
Objectives
- Learn the purpose of a Leadership Mandate and how it serves to gain endorsement for implementing significant changes to support the company’s strategy and your team’s mission.
- Learn the components of a Mandate and use them to construct one for your leadership role.
- Develop an inspirational vision as a component of your Mandate integrating the concepts of Journey, Pride, Standard, and Images/Metaphors.
- Practice delivering your Mandate in small groups for testing and improving it in a safe environment.
