Description
This course will guide you through the Business Challenge Project, an opportunity to gain exposure to senior leaders, drive innovation and influence, and make an impact on the business.
Objectives
- Gain exposure to senior leaders and how they conduct business while improving executive presence and comfort around higher management.
- Get real experience with setting and gaining endorsement for a charter addressing a significant business issue, while carrying out the steps and forming recommendations to be presented to a senior leadership panel.
- Learn how to influence up and across the organization, managing politics and conflict while engaging key stakeholders with varied interests.
- Become a member of a highly productive and motivated team with an opportunity to make a difference in the company on a real issue with potential to impact the business going forward.
