Description
Program Closing Session & Graduation Ceremony
In this course, you will prepare to make your final commitments to yourself and your cohort during the Program Closing Session. You will also celebrate your accomplishments during the virtual Graduation Ceremony.
Objectives
- Review program learnings and identify ways you can use them to address current leadership challenges.
- Clarify next steps to complete during the final Program Wrap-Up stage.
- Brainstorm ways to stay connected with members of the cohort after the program ends.
- Take a stand in front of your colleagues to reveal what being an authentic leader means to you and how you will use it to lead and live a fulfilled life.
- Participate in the graduation ceremony led by senior leaders providing a commencement address and inspirational wisdom for up and coming leaders.
