About the Sponsor Interview Process
Prior to the workshop, participants will be asked to identify and interview members of their strategic, operational, and personal sponsor networks in order to understand their current leadership brand. Stellar's Sponsor Interview Guide will help participants gather important information from key stakeholders and synthesize it in a meaningful way.
During the workshop, participants will compare the Leadership Brand Snapshot they gleaned from the Sponsor Interview Process and their ideal leadership brand; afterwards, they will establish a plan to support their ideal brand as they move forward.
