About the HBDI Assessment
The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI Survey) helps learners identify which types of thinking they use most often. Learners' tendencies to engage each of the four modes of thought from the Whole Brain model are presented in their HBDI Reports. These reports also show how thinking preferences shift during times of stress. This can help learners understand how their approaches to problem-solving and decision-making change in certain situations.
Workshop participants will receive a copy of their HBDI Report and access to the HBDI online portal, where they can continue exploring their results after the workshop.
